We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.

BOUTIQUE77 does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

All items must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an email with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

REFUND

We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 business days from receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and in the same currency. Please note the exact timing will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
